Microfiber-X Reel

I put them in my wife's Head Gravity, 100, at 55 lbs and her arm issues are now gone, and she has more power, with that, more confidence and stamina. It was a pleasure to string too! (All that said, I still love my Square-X Sharp)

Microfiber Mains, Square X Sharp Crosses. So far so good. Microfiber offers nice feel, comfort and power. The sharps are providing good stability to help with the spin and control. This is one of my favorite hybrid sets using YtEx strings.

This is first time I am trying Microfibre. Earlier i have tested Touch, but I got more control and feel with these strings. Durability is less but tension maintenance and feel is always there. I am going to string my second racquet. Mains were strung at 53 and Crosses were at 55 lbs. Next time may be I will try to have a hybrid setup which I am hoping that will last little longer.

Very smooth and clean feel when hitting. Very easy on the arm.

Better than using natural gut and easier to string with.

I love these strings in a hybrid setup with them on the mains or a full bed setup. Have the privilege of stringing many racquets from my tennis group of the older generation. They all love it and improved their game play since having them switch over. Amazing gut like feel and response.

I'm using the microfiber-x on the mains and the protour - black on the crosses. Both strung at 50 lbs. They give me good power and lots of touch. I think I found my perfect match, now I will start adjusting the tensions to make it perfect for my swing.

I’m not a poly guy but I highly recommend the Quadra Twist Black to my students playing with poly strings. Great soft feel and spin potential.

These work well as either cross or main in hybrid. While they're not NG, they share some of the same characteristics.

My only gripe is that they tend to lose tension fairly quickly...like other MFs that I've tried.

Felt soft and comfortable. No arm pain after the match.
With a proper swing, the string felt powerful with minimal effort. Was able to hit deep returns on serve. Ocho gave me (at least perceived) ability to keep deep balls in as it felt like it added spin. This string seemed to perform somewhat similarly. Serve felt good with a nice mix of power and control. Feels like it is a good mix of power and control.

I have used these strings a couple of times and I love the power I get from them.

I really like these strings! They play very solid and are really durable and have a great feel! They also helped my elbow pain go away. I've had some with Co Poly strings, but I don't have pain with these strings!! Highly recommend.

These look and feel exactly like Technifiber Multifeel. Same advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, soft feel, arm friendly, inexpensive and good power. From a stringers standpoint, extremely fast and easy to string the crosses. On the negative side, not as much touch as NXT or X one biphase. The coating on the string got "sticky" very quickly and the string bed locked up, and then the strings notched up within 5 or 6 hours of play time, so if like your strings to spread and snap back upon ball impact, this isn't the string for you. If you're looking for a good economy multi, give it a try, and then compare prices with Technifiber Multifeel and choose based on price.

I got this string because the QuadroTwist (black) was giving me tennis elbow. I strung the Micro-X as a main (at 60lbs), and quadrotwist as a cross (at 50lbs) to help with string movement. It works pretty well. Got plenty of power. I am a heavy hitter with lots of spin, so I find this set-up to be over powering. I have to change the game up a little with more spin and less power to control the ball around the courts. Touch at net is awesome. I believe it's a little better than the QuadroTwist (full bed @ 65lbs).

Only draw back I see with the Micro-X is the durability. I've played with it a total of 6 hours (2 match, 1 practice), and the string popped. I will try to use the QuadroTwist as a main and Micro-X as a cross and see how that plays. Hopefully, I am allow to give an update later with that set-up and playability.

I played a full bed of this string in a Blade 98 v7 18x20. It was unbelievably comfortable, as you might expect. I like to always keep one stick with a full bed multi at all times. I have played and taught with this in my racket for close to 30 hours and it is still working for me. Of course, the color is just an added plus.

I have put a mumber of my clients into Microfiber-x and they love it. Ranging from 3.5 to 5.0 players, both men and women, the comments are this string is giving them feel and control that they never had before.

I've been a lifelong Wilson NXT user and I must say that these strings are just as good if not better when you factor in the price comparison and more durability of the MicrofiberX. I think it's even a little softer and the feel is very comparable to NXT.

Recently got this string for first time and the few clients who have used it like it so far!

This String is amazing before I played the Tecnifibre bio phase and it’s broke after 2 hours playing. The Micro Fiber x hold 2 weeks of playing that’s perfect. And tension hold long

I recently strung my son’s Babolat Pure Drive Team with this at 52.5. He has been using NXT and neither of us could tell the difference. He had great pop, decent spin and good control.

We also combined this with the Quadro twist in a hybrid set up. MicroX @ 52.5 and Quadro twist @ 48. He loves this setup. It gave him a comfortable racquet with plenty of spin and a higher launch angle. I am not sure how long this combo will hold up but if he doesn’t break them I will cut them out every 2 weeks.

This string is an arm friendly string with great power at a PRICE that can’t be beat.

Lots of value for all micro x has to offer

I didn't test or play with string personally, but one of my long time NXT clients wants to make the switch and save money after trying MicroFiber X out this week. You'll probably want to as well. Great job YTEX!

Microfiber-X was very good quality, comparable to NXT in comfort. I strung my Volkl V Feel 4 at 57 full bed. The center cross string did seem to move about but it played well anyway. For the price, it will be one of the strings I recommend to my friends.

I like them better than nxt and origin( it feels like nxt and origin had a baby) closest string to natural gut with more spin than natural

The string play very nice. Holds tension quite well despite seemingly very soft a pliant and creates spin well due to smooth surface and snap back. Very easy to string with smooth surface and pliability. My only negative comments are that I would like to see it in a thinner gauge ( less than 1.28 mm) and it feels very heavy in my racquet compared to the 17 ga. I usually use.
